With experience in different forms of Sri-Lankan dance such as Kandyan, Leekeli (stick dance), Kulu (harvesting dance), Kalagedi dance (pot dance) and more. She was a member of the Rasika Kothalawala/ Nruthyanjalee dance academy in Sri Lanka, and has competed at National Levels. She has been featured on television and often crafts her style around contemporary approaches to her traditional ethnic style.
