This proposed rezoning is part of the City's Flag Lot Pilot Project (more details below)., The application is to rezone a parcel of land located at 11714-94 Street, from Small Scale Infill Development (RF3) to Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2)., An amendment to the Norwood Neighbourhood Improvement Plan is also proposed., This proposed site-specific zone would permit the development of low-density housing with the opportunity to put a Garden Suite on its own separate land title. The rules regulating the scale and size of the Garden Suite shall remain in alignment with what is currently allowed under the Zoning Bylaw., This information session will be an opportunity to learn more and ask questions about the Flag Lot Pilot Project.
