GirlSpace® focuses on reducing the risk of violence in girls' lives, improving their health and well-being, and setting the stage for their development into strong, healthy, and empowered young women. Girls meet once weekly for 20 weeks of the school year with a choice of five locations across Edmonton: Lillian Osbourne High School, Jasper Place High School, Millwoods Public Library, Londonderry Junior High School, and YWCA Downtown Office.
