Through structured choreographic phrases as well as open explorations we will look at various physical pathways that help to cultivate physical availibility and ease of movement through dynamic formal shifts. Over the course of the session we will investigate the use of spiral, the side line, as well as rebound in the body. The class will involve both standing and floor work. Knee pads recommended.
