Children 11 years old or older do not need to be accompanied by an adult, children 7- 10 years, of age must be accompanied by a person 16 years old or older and children 0 to 6 years must be, accompanied by a person 18 years or older and within arm's reach at all times., 2. All persons seeking entrance to the Attraction on the Rental Date must have an Exclusive Use, Pass to present to WEM staff. This includes those who do not intend to use the activities within the, Attraction, including volunteers. Children aged two and under do not require a pass, however, their, parent or chaperone is required to have a pass., 3. Ticket holders are not permitted to start lining up to enter the park until 7:00pm. (30 minutes, prior to your event)., 4. NO outside food and beverage (this includes alcoholic beverages) are permitted into, World Waterpark., 5. Beachview Concession (serving hot dogs and bottled water) will remain open and participants, will be responsible for their own purchases., 6. WEM shall staff the Attraction during the time frame in which the JH Picard is using the facility., It is understood and agreed that WEM staff (including lifeguards) shall only be responsible for running, the Attraction and shall in no way be responsible for the safekeeping of those individuals in the, Attraction., 7.
