Navigating the Rivers of Grief - Bereavement Support Series

Thursday, April 14, 2016, 6:30pm This seven-week support series follows the "Roads to Healing" introductory session. It is a structured support group that includes sharing, reviewing the grief process, understanding emotions and self-esteem needs, discussing transformation and answering the question "Where do I go from here?" Participants are asked to commit to the entire series and to be willing to discuss their own loss within the group setting.
