8-WEEK YOGA FOR STRENGTH CLASS

YOGA FOR STRENGTH is a yoga class that combines yoga poses with strength building through the addition of light weights, exercise bands, and bender balls. No experience necessary. All levels welcome. Class is great for beginners. This is an 8 Week Class, but drop-in participants are welcome at $10/class.
